October 10th, 2010For some reason, I hate going out on weekends. Ask me to meet you for coffee on a Monday even after a hectic workday and I will not say no. But ask me to go to the movies and dinner after on a weekend, even if it is your treat, and you will most likely get a no. Why? September 17th, 2010I have a lot of friends who could use some weight loss. Not that I am being mean to them but really, some are just stuck at home, munching on bowls of popcorn while watching TV. A Diet or a Cleanse?

Lemon for Losing Weight?
September 8th, 2010Okay, so as I have told you, I am struggling with weight issues. Again, I do not feel like I am fat but I certainly gained weight… a lot of it. So, I was searching on line for a diet that won’t require me to live on plants… after all, I am not a goat! I’m human and humans are carnivorous by nature (sorry, vegetarians, I have nothing against you. This is just me convincing myself that eating vegetables and fruits alone is not a good idea.
